It is a passion for music that brings Charles, Paul, Noah, and Théo together. Meeting every week to compose, write, or take endless coffee breaks on the terrace, the group gradually forms a friendship as their musical identity takes shape. Soon, this identity takes a name: Later.

Alternating between their two studios – one in the lively Pigalle district and the other in a secluded house on the outskirts of Paris- Later. thrives on paradoxes that are its strength: the French band writes its songs in English, drawing inspiration from styles and eras unique to each member, from pop to jazz, soul, French-touch, and rock, creating music that is intimate, spontaneous, yet richly produced.

In March 2019, their music caught the attention of the French label Kitsuné, which released their first single, « L.Y.E. » Shortly after, they signed with Cookie Records for their first two EPs, On Time and The Daydream, which received airplay on several radio stations including Nova, FIP, and France Inter, where they were interviewed by Laurent Goumarre. France 2 even described them as the successors to Daft Punk in a special program about the iconic duo. Just one year after their debut, Bon Entendeur invited them to release « Get Up! » as part of their very first compilation. Their flagship track, « Highway 10, » was even played and shared from space by astronaut Thomas Pesquet during his latest mission. Already announced with several singles and videos aired as far as MTV Mexico and included in the soundtrack of the latest season of Emily in Paris, their first album, Walking on the Line, was released on March 17, 2023.
