Guilt (BE)
Projet bruxellois lancé par François Custers, rejoint par Antoine Flipo & Martin Grégoire (Glass Museum), Pierre Van Vlanderen (Endless Dive) et Jeremy Debuysschere (Jean-Paul Groove, Indigo Mango). Croisant les sonorités folks avec des influences post-rock lorgnant vers le jazz et le hiphop. Guilt recouvre une dimension à la fois sociétale et personnelle. Celle d’un sentiment général de désillusion qui traverse notre époque croisé à celui d’un homme blanc européen qui affronte ses privilèges. Un premier EP sortira au printemps 2022, laissant éclore les nouvelles sonorités d’un projet qui s’aventure bien au-delà de l’écrin folk qui l’a vu naître.

Guilt is a led by François Custers and joined by Antoine Flipo, Martin Grégoire (Glass Museum), Pierre Van Vlanderen (Endless Dive) and Jeremy Debuysschere (Jean-Paul Groove, Indigo Mango). Crossing folk sounds with post-rock and electronicinfluences. Guilt aims to embody both a modern and very personal feeling. One that comes with the general sense of despair generated by our modern era and also that of a white European male coming to grips with the questioning of his inherited privileges. A first EP will be released in spring 2022, letting the new sounds of a project that venture far beyond the folk setting that saw it born.
